Sol Haven House Rules & Guest Expectations To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for everyone — including our neighbors — the following house rules apply to all reservations. By booking and staying at Sol Haven, you acknowledge and agree to follow these terms. 1. Occupancy Maximum of 11 overnight guests, in accordance with local regulations. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. The number of guests on the property must match your reservation at all times. 2. Noise & Neighborhood Respect Sol Haven is located in a residential area with full-time neighbors. Quiet hours are 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep outdoor and lanai noise at respectful levels, especially in the evening. Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted. Sol Haven is intended for relaxed, family-friendly stays. 3. Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or within screened areas. Guests who choose to smoke must do so off property and dispose of materials properly. Additional cleaning fees may apply for violations. 4. Children & Supervision Families are welcome at Sol Haven. Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around: Bunk beds Wet surfaces Outdoor areas Any active construction zones 5. Outdoor Areas & Construction Outdoor improvements may be underway depending on booking dates. Occasional daytime construction may occur. Some outdoor amenities may not yet be available. Guests may not enter active construction areas or handle equipment. 6. Trash Trash bins are provided for guest use. Please bag trash securely and place it in designated bins. A roll-out service handles bin placement, so guests do not need to move bins. If a recycling bin is available during your stay, please place approved recyclables only in that bin. 7. Parking Parking is available in the driveway only. Do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways. Boats, trailers, or recreational vehicles require prior approval. 8. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. Before departure, please: Load and start the dishwasher Place used towels in bathrooms or laundry area Dispose of trash Turn off lights, fans, and electronics Lock all doors and windows Beds do not need to be stripped unless requested. 9. Damages & Care of the Home Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, or issues caused by misuse or negligence beyond normal wear and tear. This includes: Plumbing blockages from improper disposal Water damage from fixtures left running Misuse of appliances, grills, or fire features Tampering with systems or equipment Accidents happen and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please report issues promptly so they can be addressed. 10. Assumption of Risk Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their party during their stay. The Host is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings. This includes risks related to bunk beds, wet surfaces, uneven ground, wildlife, outdoor activity, or construction areas. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
