If I could give 10 stars I would! We stayed with our 4 kiddos and everything was perfect. Every little detail was thought out and it’s perfect for families. The decor and design of the home was so playful and fun! There was a pack and play, baby chair, kids toys, kids plates and cups etc. My kids swam in the pool every day even on the cold days. The heat in the pool worked great. The host was so helpful and responsive. We had so much fun!

This house is flat out awesome. Great for our family of 6 with a ton of activities. We enjoyed all of them. Great host and communication and we will return. Close to everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s place and would absolutely recommend it to other families. The home is incredibly family-friendly, from the pinball machines and pool floaties to the fully stocked coloring supplies in the bunk room. There was so much to keep the kids happy and entertained.
We ran into a couple of small snafus during our stay (a curtain rod fell, the hot tub lost heat, and we had a bit of trouble with the front door at times), but Jenny was extremely responsive and communicated with us quickly to help troubleshoot, which we really appreciated.
We were also so grateful for all the beach gear and baby items provided, including a pack ’n play, sound machines, and a high chair—it made traveling with kids so much easier and meant we didn’t have to bring those ourselves.
Overall, a comfortable, thoughtful space that’s clearly set up with families in mind. I’d recommend this home to families any day.

We had an amazing stay at this home and truly could not have asked for a better experience. The house was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up, making it perfect for relaxing while still having so much to do. Everything was immaculately clean, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home the moment we walked in.
There were so many activities and amenities available that we never felt bored, whether we wanted to unwind or stay busy. The location was also a huge bonus, with plenty of nearby things to do, explore, and enjoy, making it easy to fill our days without long drives.
Most importantly, Jenny was an absolutely incredible hostess. She was kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure our stay was perfect. From clear communication to thoughtful touches, she went above and beyond and made us feel truly welcomed.
This is one of those places that leaves you saying, “We can’t wait to come back.” We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!

Our stay at Jenny’s place was truly unforgettable. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and getting in and out of the Airbnb was super easy. The house had so many things to do — my family and I had a Thanksgiving we will never forget. There was plenty of room for our big family, and the heated pool and spa were a hit for both the kids and the adults. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Can’t speak any better then Jenny place loved it so much came with 2 families and they absolutely loved it! This Airbnb was all that you need in a house you could stay the whole day in the house and never be bored! Awesome that she include the heater in the price you paid! Really enjoyed all the games and how clean the house was super clean and organized and really children friendly! Jenny was also very attentive and always messaging and asking how was the stay and asking if we needed anything or if something was missing in the house. Overall very great place very close to everything as stated also house had so much stuff to take to the beach boogie boards, pool noodle, and much more! Really loved that came with fishing rods had a great time with those! Totally recommend anyone to stay here worth the price 100%

We have stayed with family and friends at over 15 different Airbnbs over the years and this is by far the best on all accounts! We stayed for 5 nights with our family of 8 ranging in ages of 2.5yrs-55yrs and everyone loved Juniper Cove.
This was our first time visiting AMI and we took Jenny’s recommendations and hit up both Coquina Beach and Bean Point Beach and both were beautiful. We also went on a Dolphin Tour and visited some of the popular shops and restaurants and every time we were out and about the kids were begging to just go back to Juniper Cove.
Jenny put a lot of thought into the details that families find important. Some of the ones we found the most helpful were the booster seat, sound machines, wagon for the beach, and the adjustable height putters. Not to mention the place was very well maintained both inside and outside. We hope to come back to visit Juniper Cove in the future!

We loved staying at Juniper Cove! The highlight was the pickleball court. Our party of 10 absolutely loved the layout and set up too. Jenny is a gem of a host. We hope to be back!

Juniper Cove is easily one of the best Airbnb’s that we have ever stayed at! You can tell that Jenny and her family take great pride in providing the absolute best experience for their guests. It was squeaky clean, and so much to do with the pool, pickleball court, video games, pool table, and shuffleboard table! When we’re in the Bradenton area again, we will most definitely be staying here.
